Dialog Telekom is Sri Lanka’s largest GSM mobile telecommunications company and has recently signed a contract to have 130 new emergency power systems installed at locations across the island. The systems will provide emergency power as a backup to the mains supply and will ensure that disruptions to network services caused by power outages are kept to a minimum.
50 systems using DSE710 auto-start modules have already been completed, with a further 80 systems scheduled to be installed towards the end of the year. The image below shows various generator sets fitted with DSE710 controllers, ready for installation.
